Who should take this course?

Many of the ocean’s best dive sites are wrecks. These impressive structures attract unusually high densities of marine life and give you the chance to immerse in living history as you dive.

There is nothing quite like wreck diving and the Wreck Diving specialty will give you all the skills and knowledge you need to become a safe and confident wreck diver. You will be taught how to safely conduct non-penetration dives around wrecks and artificial reefs, up to a depth of 30 meters. All of which will ensure you can enjoy wreck diving with confidence and get the most out of every dive.

Continue your adventures and become a wreck diver.

Advanced Wreck Diving €205.00

Who should take this course?

Whether purpose-sunk as an artificial reef for scuba divers, or lost as the result of an accident, wrecks are fascinating windows to the past. Ships, airplanes and even cars are fascinating to explore and usually teem with aquatic life. Each wreck dive offers a chance for discovery, potentially unlocking a mystery or spying something others have missed.

The Advanced Wreck Diving Specialty course is popular because it offers rewarding adventures while observing responsible wreck diving practices.

The course provides divers with the training necessary to independently plan and conduct limited penetration, no-decompression dives within the daylight zone, to a maximum depth of 30 meters or linear distance of 40 meters, and using specialized overhead environment equipment and procedures, with an equally- or more-qualified buddy.

The training required for this type of diving is overhead buoyancy control, new fining techniques, laying safety line and the proper use of a light.

If you’re at least 15 years old and have earned the Wreck Diving Specialty, you can take in the Advanced Wreck Diving Specialty course.
